Tubing Information

We are looking for tubing information from parents.  If you can let me (Mr.Oliveira) know how many are in your family and if you require tub passes, this would be great information for me.  Please make sure to fill in the waiver as well please if you are planning to attend. Parents are welcome. Mr.O
